It has been a pleasure to serve my community by helping friends and neighbors create estate plans and financial plans, buy and sell real estate, settle trusts and estates, and a variety of other legal matters. It is a source of pride that I helped my friend and neighbor close on his purchase of the Kenmore Fish Market, which has been a Kenmore institution for decades. I look forward to continuing to serve the legal and financial needs of the people of Kenmore, Buffalo, and the greater Buffalo Niagara region.
Another source of pride is defeating Fannie Mae in litigation and on appeal. Click here to read notable case win for the Law Office of Daniel Webster in the NY Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
